It's bare neon tubes... you can see the wires, shadows, etc. What I'm wondering is: how many 3d shapes did they need? The letter "M" could also be used for W, S, V, O, E, K, A, B, C, etc etc.. there may only be one (1) 3d shape!?! or maybe 2-3 Either way it's pretty. Not long exposures!
